Payment and your signature constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Following receipt of your booking form and payment, PSRL S & DEV will send you an email to confirm your booking. If an email address in not available, a letter will be sent.

A transaction charge will be added to any credit card booking.

Any child registered for a scully13 camp must be at least 6 years of age at the time of the camp, up to 18 years of age.

Cancellations are subject to the following changes:

  • 4 weeks prior to camp: 100% refund
  • 2 weeks prior to camp: 50% refund
  • 1 week prior to camp: 25% refund

If exceptional circumstances arise and it is necessary to cancel a camp then you will be offered the chance of a transfer to an alternative camp or a full refund.

Neither PSRL S & DEV LTD, it's coaches, volunteers or persons involved with the organisation of camps accepts liability for the personal injury or death of any participant unless caused by it's negligence, nor accepts liability for any losses or additional expenses incurred by any participant or their parents or guardians due to injury or sickness whilst at a Scully13 camp, weather, strikes, war, or any other cause beyong their control.

If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to PSRL S & DEV LTD then they should contact the head coach, contact the company by phone, email or written post. The matter will be dealt with under the company concerns and complaints procedure.

Having read and accepted PSRL S & DEV LTD terms and conditions, you irrevocably consent to:

  1. Your child's participation, knowing that there is an inherent risk of injury in sport and Rugby League activities
  2. Your child being photographed whilst at Scully13 camp and that such photography can be used in future promotional material produced by PSRL S & DEV LTD and data relating to your child collected by PSRL S & DEV LTD in connection with Scully13 camps being used for Scully13 camps promotions.
  3. You accept that Scully13 coaches will only administer prescribed medicines eg. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during Scully13 camps with your written consent.
  4. You consent that Scully13 coaches may call upon emergency medical advice for your child if an incident requires it.
  5. You must inform PSRL S & DEV LTD if your child suffers from any illness.
  6. You consent to trained first aid personnel caring for your child in the event of an accident.
